RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
1. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please e-mail travel-edge.com.my your order number and complaint describing the product condition within 7 working days of delivery at s_info@tm.net.my This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it or call SMART INFO PUBLISHER SDN BHD customer service to obtain an authorisation for returns. Unauthorised returns may be refused or disregarded by SMART INFO PUBLISHER SDN BHD .
2. If SMART INFO PUBLISHER SDN BHD authorises a return of the product, SMART INFO PUBLISHER SDN BHD will e-mail you a RMC (Return Merchandise Code) number and instructions for sending the returned product to the respective authorized merchant that have the right to receive the damaged or defective product on behalf of SMART INFO PUBLISHER SDN BHD . Damaged/defective product must be returned securely packaged and wrapped. SMART INFO PUBLISHER SDN BHD will not be responsible for the delivery cost of your returned product.
3. After receiving the product, the authorized merchant will examine and test the defective product in accordance to your complaint. If the defect you described is found valid, the authorize merchant will deliver you a replacement. However, if SMART INFO PUBLISHER SDN BHD is not able to provide a replacement of the returned product for any reason, SMART INFO PUBLISHER SDN BHD will refund you by instructing your credit card s bank or issue a cheque to you as applicable. Cheque will be issued to you within 10 working days from the date of approval.
